Requirements

• In order to maintain a license, the licensee must complete six (6) hours of approved continuing education for each year in their renewal period. To renew the license, the licensee must have accumulated twenty-four hours for the four (4) year renewal period. Note: licensees may check the continuing education accumulated at the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s website – www.grec.state.ga.us
