The Real Estate School of West Georgia, is West Georgia’s first and only full service real estate school. The school offers a full cadre of courses including the Salesperson Pre-License, Post-License and Pre-License Broker’s Course. Additionally, the school offers a full menu of current education programs designed to enhance professionalism in the real estate industry. Professional programming includes, national real estate designation programs and relevant continuing education programs created to meet the changing demands of the real estate industry. 

The Real Estate School of West Georgia was founded under the leadership of the 2010 Board of Director’s of the West Georgia Board of REALTORS and Joe Kennedy, a 35 year real estate veteran and one of Georgia’s leading real estate educators. Kennedy, formerly served the Georgia’s real estate education community as the Director of the Georgia Real Institute of Real Estate, revision author of the most widely used real estate textbook for real estate licensing in Georgia, Real Estate Dynamics  and is the Founder and CEO of the Nation’s largest Seller Agency Designation Program Accredited Seller Representative ® (ASR®)
